On August 11, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton will host her 19th Annual Job and Opportunities Fair at the Walter Washington Convention Center. Here, DC residents will get the chance to meet the hiring decision makers from the District’s best employers. There will be hundreds of jobs available at this Fair. Last year’s Job Fair attracted many D.C. residents with an impressive range of accomplishments, skills, backgrounds, qualifications and over 100 employers. All you need to do is dress professionally and bring a few copies of your resume. The organizations, companies, non-profits, and corporations that the Congresswoman invites will offer numerous opportunities and are extremely enthusiastic to meet and hire DC residents.
