Influenced by the Beaux-Arts architecture of the Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. hotel and the French-inspired design of Washington, D.C., by French-American engineer Pierre L’Enfant, Café du Parc opened as a French restaurant in 1997 looking to bring a slice of France once more to the nation’s Capital. Today, it is a quintessential French brasserie offering classic French dishes with a contemporary twist.
