This state-of-the-art, commercial Test Kitchen is home to one of Food & Wine’s Top Ten Chefs, Bryan Moscatello. The unique interactive kitchen specializes in Nouveau American cuisine and serves as a backdrop for luncheons, cocktail receptions, dinner parties, business meetings, corporate events and cooking classes.

In the adjoining retail wine shop, Elli Benchimol, Certified Sommelier and Wine Director of Zola Wine and Kitchen has amassed over 400 lables selected to fit any taste profile and budget.
