The DowntownDC BID will hold its 3rd Quarterly Nighttime Homeless Count on Monday, July 15. Volunteers are needed to help count homeless individuals on the streets. Quarterly counts, held within the BID’s boundaries, allow for a more accurate assessment of the current state of homelessness and provide the opportunity to address any unmet needs of homeless individuals. The count, conducted with members of the Downtown Homeless Services Team, will occur from 9:30 pm until about 2 am. Interested? To volunteer, please register by Monday, July 1.
