It’s almost that time again. The National Cherry Blossom Festival, Downtown’s and Washington’s signature springtime event blooms Saturday, March 31 – Sunday, April 15. This two-week, citywide event is filled with cultural demonstrations, performances including the Sakura Matsuri-Japanese Street Festival, art exhibits, fireworks, international cuisine, athletic competitions, annual parade and many other special events.
