Effective yesterday, the District Department of Transportation’s (DDOT) Public Space Regulation Administration (PSRA) began charging businesses $50 to file applications in four categories: construction staging, excavation, paving and roll off debris container. Public utilities are exempt from paying the fee, authorized under D.C. Municipal Regulations. Questions?
