Riding into the Future

Have ideas about how to make the DC Circulator better? Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 17, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. That’s when the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host the first semi-annual public forum on the popular, red bus service.

Hear about current and future plans and share your thoughts. Forum topics will run the gamut, ranging from a proposal to end service on the Smithsonian-National Gallery of Art route to changes to the Convention Center-SW Waterfront route.

The meeting will take place outside the DowntownDC BID area but will be well worth everyone’s time. The Circulator connects workers, visitors and residents to Downtown from other DC neighborhoods and Rosslyn, Virginia.

Piqued your interest? Show up at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, located at 140 L Street, SE, to participate in discussions about the nearly six-year-old transit system. Because the Circulator has four million passengers a year, we know someone out there has something of value to say!
