Mark your calendar. The Downtown BID’s 2009 State of Downtown report will be released on Tuesday, April 27, during a public forum at the W Hotel (515 15th Street) from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. This year’s theme: “Creating Confidence in the Future.”
The report, published annually, highlights Downtown’s growth and economic trends and shows how they relate to the larger DC and regional economies. It provides the best information available on the Downtown economy for BID members, property owners, commercial tenants, developers, investors and policymakers.
