Mark your calendars and get ready for the DowntownDC BID’s State of Downtown public forum, taking place on Tuesday, April 24, at the Newseum (555 Pennsylvania Avenue) from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. This year’s theme: “Robust Core: Growing, Diversifying and Leading.” The forum will include a panel discussion on Downtown’s economic future and highlights from the 2011 State of Downtown report.
The report, published annually, shows Downtown’s growth and economic trends and how they relate to the larger DC and regional economies. It provides the best information available on the Downtown economy for BID members, property owners, commercial tenants, developers, investors and policymakers. Stay tuned.
