Reports

The Quality Assurance Program monitors all activity occurring in the Downtown’s public spaces. Each month a report is drafted providing an overview documented conditions, successes, and closed service requests. There are also selected before and after cases showcased illustrating the work that local agencies do with the Downtown BID.

The program also releases quarterly inventory which summarize the findings of our check on permanent fixed assets within the Downtown BID.  Annual reports are also a big part of highlighting much of the year’s activity and progress in regards to resolving problems in the public space. These can be useful to our properties and stakeholders helping them grasp the amount of activity occurring in within our one-square mile.
