Core Values & Expectations

Each SAM acknowledges a personal responsibility for ensuring that his or her workplace conduct, job performance, and attitude meets or exceeds the DowntownDC BID’s expectations. Generally speaking, the SAMs are expected to use the following core values as a guide to daily performance:

• Exhibit a strong commitment to the job through excellent attitude, attendance and work ethic
• Seek continuous improvement by listening, asking questions and seeking information about Downtown’s offerings
