The DowntownDC Business Improvement District had an eye towards the future of Downtown, building momentum in the areas of healthy communities, the rebirth of Pennyslvania Avenue, infrastructure, homelessness, “smart” technology, retail and more as part of our efforts to support the local economy and make Downtown a remarkable place to live, work and play.
