Join us in front of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center for our pop-up book sale. Shop over 12,000 gently used books, CDs, and DVDs, all on sale for under $6. Books provided by Carpe Librum, a local used bookstore benefitting nonprofit Turning the Page.
There’s something for everyone at this sale: children’s books, teen reads, brand-new bestsellers in amazing condition, classic vintage hardbacks, and more!

The Capital Book Fest is an outdoor event and will be cancelled in the case of inclement weather. Please note that this event will feature protocols for proper distancing and hygiene (face coverings required and hand sanitation stations onsite) and limited capacities if needed, and potentially other measures that can help combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
