Looking for the Downtown SAMs’ headquarters? Not to worry. They’ve moved to a new home at 1229 New York Avenue.
The BID’s Safety, Hospitality and Maintenance workers, known as SAMs, had resided at 1006 F Street for 10 years. But they moved when the lease expired. The new location at 1229 New York Avenue is now home base for about 120 SAM employees. The phone number is unchanged: 202.624.1550.
