Art All Night 2024 is back in D.C., transforming the city into a vibrant celebration of arts and culture on September 27-28. This free, overnight festival invites you to explore all kinds of creative expressions, from visual arts and live music to dance and interactive exhibits. It’s a chance for local artists to showcase their talents while the community enjoys immersive, one-of-a-kind experiences. Three Art All Night events are taking place in Downtown D.C.:
Come Down(town) and Dance!
Get ready to let loose at Come Down(town) and Dance! with the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company on September 27 and 28 from 10:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. for a dynamic dance party. After the 8:00 p.m. showing of The Comeuppance, Woolly Mammoth theater will transform into a vibrant space filled with energy, featuring special performances by Miss Chief Rocka and Ambassadors of Joy, Black in Space, and Dew The Artist. Expect mesmerizing hoop dancing, tantalizing food and drinks, and infectious beats by DJ Diyanna Monet—a truly MAMMOTH celebration for guests of all ages!
Block Party @ MLK Library
The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library is excited to invite you downtown on Saturday, September 28 from 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. each night for the Art All Night Block Party at MLK Library. The evening festivities open at 9th and G Streets with incredible performances hosted by Billy the Kid, Mike Brooks and friends with a FRESH line-up of your favorite Go-Go bands and so much more.
Art All Night at IDB ArtLAC Gallery
On Saturday, September 28 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., the Inter-American Development Bank will host Art All Night at IDB ArtLAC Gallery, celebrating Latin American and Caribbean artists, offering a cultural blend of visual art and community engagement.
Events DC Art All Night – Once on This Island
Embark on a vibrant cultural journey celebrating the rich heritage of the Caribbean at Events DC’s “Once on This Island” Art All Night activation on the Carnegie Library East and West Lawns (located directly in front of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center) on Saturday, September 28, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
