Chef Enrique Limardo of Seven Reasons is teaming up with Chef Tolu Eros (The Billionaire Chef) for a one night only collaboration dinner as part of the “Taste of Culture” tour. The collaboration will be a celebration of Venezuelan and West African culture where guests will enjoy an immersive family style dinner where both Chefs will take you through an impressive culinary journey between both regions. For dinner, guests can expect a three course family style menu with both chefs showcasing pivotal ingredients and backstories behind the inspiration and importance of each dish within their respective cultures. From West Africa expect “Unity Jollof Rice” with influences from Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal, Suya Crusted Lamb, and peanut light soup. Chef Enrique will intertwine his Venezuelan dishes and the two will collaborate on a decadent dessert.
