About Capitol Crossing

Conveniently located just five minutes from Capital One Arena, the Convention Center, Union Station, and Capitol Hill, Capitol Crossing is the perfect location to catch a Capitals or Wizards game, attend a conference at the Convention Center, or take a meeting on Capitol Hill. Mayor Muriel Bowser, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, and Property Group Partners broke ground on Capitol Crossing on May 12, 2015 with completion in 2021. The first phase of the development created three new city blocks and more than one million square feet of trophy office space available immediately for leasing. The second phase of the development includes additional retail, a residential building, and the newest Capitol Hill hotel in The Royal Sonesta Washington, DC.
