Light up the night with an early Hanukkah party at CJM After Sunset. Guests are invited to join us and be inspired by Hanukkah to explore the region’s holiday history, enjoy festive activities, and imbibe thematic foods and drinks.
Sip on olive oil martinis, compete in a dreidel tournament, delight in an olive oil tasting, enjoy Hanukkah themed spotlight talks with Museum curators and Gather DC’s Rabbi Amalia, and make your own wrapping paper for the best dressed gift under the menorah.
Mixologists will serve beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and the signature cocktail, olive oil martinis (cash bar). Royal Rooster Food Truck will be on site with food for sale, including a Hannukah favorite, fried chicken sandwiches. The Gewirz Museum Shop will offer a special 8% discount on all purchases. Complimentary sufganiyah will be available at the end of the night as a treat to take home. Activities include:
- A bracket dreidel tournament.
- DIY wrapping paper.
- An olive oil tasting. Mixologists will serve beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and the signature cocktail, olive oil martinis (cash bar).
