Rock ‘n’ Roll in the Nation’s Capital
Lace up your running shoes and experience Washington, D.C. like never before at the St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series Washington, D.C. This exciting event offers both a Half Marathon and a 5K, taking runners on a scenic and music-filled tour past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, and more. With live entertainment along the course and a thrilling finish at the Capitol Building, this race is more than just a run—it’s a celebration of movement, music, and community.
The 5K kicks off at 7:45 AM from 4th Street NW & Pennsylvania Avenue NW, followed by the Half Marathon at 8:00 AM from Constitution Avenue & 14th Street NW on March 15, 2025. All participants must pick up their race packets at the Health & Fitness Expo at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Hall D, on March 13 (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and March 14 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). The expo is free and open to the public, featuring the latest in running gear, fitness technology, and health resources.
Beyond the race, this event supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, making every step count toward a greater cause. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
