Pearl’s will satisfy any craving for traditional bagels but are made with a little extra time and care. All of Pearl’s bagels are hand-rolled and made with help from their sourdough starter (affectionately named Joe and fed and cared for like a member of the family). They offer chewy-on-the-inside/crispy-on-the-outside bagels, plus sandwiches, spreads, and local pantry items.
