The BID’s signature sea of red tables and chairs continues to roll out in waves across DowntownDC!
Since their introduction in Herald Square, Franklin Park, the Federal Trade Center building and Chinatown Park, the BID’s colorful bistro seating has been a hit for those who want to grab lunch with a group, work with a laptop outdoors or simply sit and relax.
The BID in partnership with Indiana Society of Washington, D.C., rolled out 8 tables and 32 chairs on July 27 at Indiana Plaza (7th Street and Indiana Avenue NW) with a lunchtime pop-up event featuring free sweet treats from Pleasant Pops, outdoor games and giveaways.
Stay tuned for more programming in this newly-activated space!
