Herstory is made by those who move—so get moving! The FITDC HerStory 5K returns for its seventh year on Saturday, March 8, bringing runners, walkers, and strollers to Freedom Plaza for Women’s History Month. Inspired by Mayor Muriel Bowser and the trailblazing women of D.C., this free run/walk is more than a race—it’s a movement. Even little ones (ages 12 and under) can join the Kids Dash. Whether you’re here to set a personal record or just soak up the energy, every step honors the women who paved the way.
