Members should have recently received their semi-annual property assessment bill from the Downtown BID, which was mailed on Aug. 9, 2017, more than 30 days prior to the payment due date of October 1, 2017.
Be advised that this bill included a 3% rate increase imposed effective October 1, 2017. For the last five years, the Downtown BID has assessed property owners at the same rate for services despite rising costs. As part of the BID’s 5-year renewal process, our Board of Directors approved a 3% rate increase.
New rates are as follows:
From $.16 to $.1648 per square foot for commercial properties
From $90 to $92.70 per hotel room
